■Oral Presentation (PC Presentation)
1) All oral presentations must include a COI disclosure slide on the second page of their presentation.
2) "Presenter View" cannot be used. If you need a presentation manuscript, please print it out in advance and bring it to the podium.
3) The first page of your presentation data will be projected on the screen with the Slideshow setup when your presentation begins. The Slideshow can be controlled by using the keyboard and mouse on the podium.
4)Please complete preview and registration at the PC desk at least 30 minutes before your presentation.
5)After previewing your data, please come to the “Next speaker's seat”, that is located at the left-front row of session rooms at least 20 minutes before your presentation, and notify the staff at the desk.
6)Please strictly adhere to the presentation time.
7)Please follow the instructions of the chairs.
■Presentation Creation Guidelines
1)Please bring your presentation data on a USB flash drive.
* MO, FD, ZIP and Blu-ray will not be accepted.
* Please store only your presentation data on the USB flash memory.
* Please scan your media using anti-virus software with the latest definition file and bring it with you after confirming it is virus-free.
* Please be sure to bring a backup of your presentation.
2)Please save your file as “(abstract number)(name)” (Example: O-1 Taro Sapporo).
3)Videos, audio, and animations cannot be used.
4)Only Microsoft PowerPoint may be used.
5)Widescreen (16:9) is recommended for the slide size. (4:3 slides can also be used.)
6) Please use the fonts stored in the OS by default.

■PC Preview Desk
1)Presentation data should be checked and registered at the PC Preview Desk as below at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
2)PC operator will download/copy the presentation data to the server.
Presentation data will be deleted after the meeting.
3)For those who will be presenting at the early morning sessions, please register your data on the previous day if possible.

●General Abstracts (Poster Presentation)
All general abstracts will be presented as posters (display only).
Posters may be prepared in either English or Japanese.
■Posting, Viewing and Removal
The posters must be posted and removed at the following times.

* Posters still displayed after the removal time will be disposed of by the secretariat.
■Poster Preparation Guidelines
1)Size for display should be 90cm in width by 180cm in height.The upper 20cm should contain the abstract number, title, affiliation, and presenter name.
2)The “title, presenter, and affiliation” should be prepared by the presenter and occupy 70cm×20cm. The "abstract number" will be prepared by the secretariat.
3)The thumbtack/pins required for posting will be provided by the secretariat.
4) Please be sure to include a disclosure regarding conflicts of interest at the bottom of the poster.
●Conflicts of Interest (COI) Disclosure
A COI statement is mandatory for all first authors.(COI Disclosure Information)
For oral presentation, please use the slide below as a template to disclose conflict of interest.
For poster presentation, please prepare and print out the slide, and put it at lower right of the poster panel.
Slide templates can be downloaded below.
Please add a brief statement such as the following; “I have no conflict of interest to disclose.”
